Which service is right for me?
What’s the difference between a Standard Clean and a Deep Clean?
Standard Cleaning is reserved for our recurring clients (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). It includes general upkeep like dusting, wiping surfaces, vacuuming, and light bathroom and kitchen cleaning. We focus on maintaining a tidy, fresh space without moving furniture or tackling heavy buildup.
Deep Cleaning is required for all first-time clients (choose “One Time” frequency when booking). It includes everything in a standard clean plus extra time and attention to detail, like scrubbing baseboards, cleaning cabinet faces, removing grime from corners, and reaching those often-overlooked areas. It’s designed to reset your home before starting recurring service.

How do I book a cleaning?
You can get an instant quote and book online through our booking page. It takes less than a minute to book!
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
We understand things come up! You can reschedule through your online account or by contacting us. We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice.
How long does a cleaning take?
It depends on the size of the home and the type of service. Most standard cleanings take 2 to 4 hours. We’ll give you a more accurate time when you book.
How to prepare for a cleaning
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Nope! Many of our clients prefer to leave a key, garage code, door code, etc., or they just go to the pool! You’re of course welcome to stay, whatever makes you most comfortable.
Do I need to tidy up before you arrive?
No, it’s not required, but it’s definitely appreciated! The more floor space and surfaces we can access, the more thorough we can be with your cleaning. If you’re able to put away items like toys, laundry, and personal belongings, it helps us focus on what we do best: making everything sparkle.
Should I put my pets away during the cleaning?
If your pets are friendly and used to strangers, they can stay out. However, for safety and efficiency, we recommend keeping pets in a separate room or area while we clean, especially if they’re nervous or curious.
What should I do with valuables or sensitive items?
We treat every home with care and respect. That said, we recommend securing any valuables, fragile items, or sensitive paperwork before your cleaning, just for peace of mind.

Do you offer recurring cleaning discounts?
Yes! The more frequently we clean, the lower your per-clean rate. Recurring clients receive discounted pricing for weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service.
